The Nitty Gritty
STERIK’S Mt. Hood Camp is not for the faint of heart. Activities are fast paced and physically demanding, and our travels require a high level of self-responsibility. Campers are requirements to accept their invitation and complete registration processes no later than May 1st (acknowledgement of terms and conditions agreement, health and safety program and requirements, and waiver form). A day in the life: freestyle skiing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. All day, every day. STERIK’S mentors lead by example, and assist with campers mental and physical progression each step of the way.
Wake up to a hearty buffet breakfast. Snow pants and flip-flops on for the bus ride up to the Timberline terrain park. 3 hours of park riding followed by a buffet lunch. 3 hours of skateboarding, followed by a buffet dinner and street activities before lights out.
June 28th – July 4th. Two travel days and five activity days. Wednesday’s we take a break from on-snow activities and travel to Hood River, Oregon. Dropping our boards at two famous skateboard parks. Followed by swimming at the beach and a cruise through the shopping/tourism district.
